I'm looking at servicing my dual air revs, I'm ok with doing the standard lower leg service/wiper seals etc but haven't touched the air spring side of it, the sramtech website makes it look easy peasy and nowt more than seal removal and replacement so I'll have a go...any tips?
oh and is there anyone out there selling cheapo kits of o rings/circlips that doesn't cost £25, that seems a bit steep for componants that cost pence. I may just take the old o rings/clips to my local bearing supplier who sells other similar stuff and get like for like.
any geeks know the numbers for them at all? to make that easier?

Why replace the seals -are they leaking?

The air spring is usually easy to dismantle but all I do is make sure its lubed

I have some suck down on the neg side so a seal bteween +/- is gone (im presuming), i have to top up to get the full 140mm travel before most rides, it hasn't had a full strip down since i got them but its had a few lower leg services/cleans and all is well, so i thought whilst i was replacing the broken seal i might as well do the rest..

Apologies for the late response - I couldnt post from my phone for some odd reason.

Most of these O rings worked perfectly in my 09 air revs: on ebay search for item # 180727834532

Even now on a PC I cant post a link???

Some of the less crucial ones dont (eg damper top) didnt. But in all honesty you can buy them all individually if you get a caliper and measure them.

Anyways for £8 this replaced 95% of all the seals in my revs. Recommended. All you need is some oil.
