I have a Whyte 909 and want to swap its OE dropper for a Reverb. Is the best way to connect the RS barb connector to the old hose and the new one, and pull them both through the frame? Then give the Reverb a full bleed?

Seems a sensible way to do it. Although when I've fitted a stealth post in the past I've always found the hole in the frame easily enough due to their size. Your way will work fine.

I assume its not a connectamajig version? If it is just push it through the frame.

I will order the connectamajig version but the routing is 100% internal through the downtube and seatube. There's no opening between the two. So I'll have to route the new hose connected to the old cable, I'm assuming.

Yeah if its full internal it would be best to join and bleed.

Do the RS barb connectors screw into a standard outer cable ok? Guess they're designed for Reverb hydraulic hose but it looks like it'll bite into the plastic inner sheath of a standard outer.
