Seat post is in desperate need of a service and I wondered what the going rate was.

A full service kits seems to be around the £40 marks so what should I be looking at all in with labour.
If anyone has had theirs done can you recommend somewhere to carry out the work?

Southcoast Suspension are worth a look for a good price, dependant on what needs doing.
All the usual susssspects do them too.

TFTuned is around £80 from memory. Exceptional service when the brass keys wore through the stanchion, they put together a fix from workshop spares that probably saved me around £125.

Just got mine done by Flotec in Dunkeld, 65 quid. I dropped them off at Elevation Cycles in Linlithgow and picked them up from there a week later. Job done, no fuss, easy. I believe they do a courier style pick up like TFT.
