Looking to swap my LH above reverb remote to a LH under remote. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to remove the hose from the romote and install new remote without having to replace the whole hose and faff with the internal hose routing?
I know I'll have to remove the post to rebleed but if possible I'd like to keep the existing hose in place
when my lbs replaced my reverb buttons for the 1x remotes, they only changed the remote, not the hoses or anything, so can't see why it wouldn't be the same?
I just took off my remote to shorten the hose. The remote unscrewed from the hose then screwed back on again.
Unscrew old remote, screw new one into hose, bleed.

Was just concerned it may be crimped on seeing as the remote always comes with the hose as a complete set
It has a barb type thingy that screws into the hose 🙂
