how long is it?, is it usable straight out of the box or will it need cutting to length and bleeding..?
You'll probably need to cut it and factor for it bleeding too
You'll need to trim it at some point but mine is still zip tied to my other hoses ๐
easy to bleed?

cheap bleed kits for most brands..any experience.
I cut mine to length and didn't need to bleed it.
The trick (which I think I picked up somewhere on tinternet) is to hold the hose upright when you unscrew the fitting, whilst - and after - you cut it. You can then screw the fitting back in without any air getting into the hose.
Worked perfectly for me.
Don't bank on having to cut it just yet. There are often very neat ways to route the hose without shortening it:

Also worth noting, that if you route it in this style there's no cable loop flapping around near the back tyre
You're right, no big loop flapping near the back wheel - but look at that big loop flapping near the front wheel ๐
So - can anyone give me an actual length for the standard hose?
I might just buy one but it will need to route under the BB.
Muchos gracios....
Yup, kept long as a spare brake for the DH bike
Ah.. didn't notice your SuperMonsters at the weekend for all the mud
