Looking for advice. I have a large framed (19") Sherpa and wanting a reverb, any recommendations on length?? Not much info on the Stanton site, just wondered if 380mm or 420mm would be best.

Right now I have a Thomson elite post....which slips 2 inches in every ride.

My Thomson Elite used to slip quite a bit on my Sherpa, using a Hope QR collar. A thorough clean of the post, seat tube, and especially the collar, and have not had any movement for ages. Worth a try before spending on a new dropper?

Cheers, I've got the same combination. But it also slipped using a different qr collar so thought it must be the post.

Post is clean, hope qr is only a few weeks old. I read somewhere Thomson posts are often like this....not sure how correct that is though

Haha just having the same issue wuth my new-to-me Sherpa. I've swapped seatposts (Specialized & Felt), qr clamps and tried fiber grip. Still flaming moving.

I've just ordered a hope qr in the hope (sic) it'll be more up to the job than the Superstar ones.

I wonder if anyone else has found the answer short of ditching the qr and manning up down the steep stuff!

I'm in exactly the same position....think it's the frame that's the problem?
