If I pick my bike up by the saddle with the reverb fully extended, the. Reverb comes up a few mm and makes a rather loud clunking noise..
Its close to two years old, is this a warranty job?

The clunk marks the full extension - if yours can't reach it using the remote it probably means something is wrong with it. Try the usual pressure check / remote bleed, if that doesn't fix contact a service center.
