I have a pair of 140mm U Turn air Revs, and no matter how hard I push on them they won't use the last 50 or so mm of travel.
I've tried removing all the air from each chamber in turn, or both at the same time - no joy.
Any ideas?

Maybe oil has leaked from the motion control unit into the lower, which stops the stanchion moving through the full range?
Same thing has happened to my pikes which I'll be opening up this week to investigate.
