I got a set of Revs on my 456c. They're the Dual Air Rl models. I can't get them to lock out though. My Reba's locked out when I had them (They were dual air too) so did my Floats, Menja's and the Headshoks. But I can't get these to lock out. I'm struggling to set them up can't find any info on this other than the pressure guide on the forks. The blue dial has 5 clicky positions and the forks stiffen on clicks 3 and 4 but the rest of them all feel exactly the same. What am I doing wrong? Help me please 🙂
oil level, blown rebound sealhead seal (oil into lowers). or the plate on the bottom of the motion control damper has moved on shaft so misaligned to lever position and not covering ports.
🙁 So they're broke? Do they need to go back to On-One? I've only had them a week and been out once on them 🙁
If new most likely low oil level in damper chamber or faulty comp. damper return them for warranty if you're not happy.
