The sag is at 25% , I'm running 100 psi and weigh 12.5 stone in my pants.
Yesterday after really giving it some I noticed I had only used 70 mm of 120.
The forks feel ok but surely it should be using all the travel?
They are a week old.
I let all the air out and achieved full travel but there was some sort of resistance as I pushed it past 100mm.
Bumped it up and down the kerb but still only got 60 mm.
I run the blue lock out lever as far from lock out as possible.

How many hours use?

What year are they?

My 2015 ones (32mm) can have bottomless tokens added to ramp up at end of travel.

If too many were in there it may cause this. Possibly.

2015 rev's here, I'm 60kg and also run 100psi (+3 tokens)... I get full travel easily. This is my experience with all recent rockshox.

Yours don't sound right, either they have a load of volume reducers in them or there is something wrong. If they don't compress all the way easily with the air out (worth keeping the valve open as you compress them) then I'd suggest there is something amiss on the damper side. Maybe too much oil in there.

So, try compressing them with the valve open, if they don't go to the stop easily, It'd be worth getting in touch with whoever you got them from for warranty.

Hope that helps

Cheers

Adrian

I don't thinking using all the travel should be your goal. Bottoming out forks is horrible and rarely ends well.

If you watch the World Cups or even a few Pro Vids they use 95% of their travel or more on certain things, but you have to remember they've got a mechanic to set up their forks for exactly that run and no more - unless you want to retune your forks for everywhere you ride you always need that last bit of "oh shit" travel when you've bit off a bit more than you can chew.

You can tune them with tokens and compression etc, but personally to use all of the travel on my forks on anything but a massive drop or riding straight into a big rock I'd need to run 40% sag at least and then they wouldn't ride as well when I'm not smashing through boulder fields (in my mind).
