Not been on here for a while as lost the love for all things 26" and concentrated on the 20" but thought some of you might like this (or not as the case maybe) ๐ anyways, it's a retro 79/81 Mongoose made by a small US company Knight bike co (google them thay make some cool stuff) well this is the prototype they did and then only made another 10 (of which none are in the UK)

Cool, nice frame that.
I guess not then..........Oh well ๐
i like it ๐
Cool what is it? Not sure what you mean about the decals detracting though? they are copies of the original Mongoose Team decals. It's a new school rider so banging vintage parts wouldn't work. It has retro styled parts like the 'Ruff neck' stem and twin pinch flights but it's my rider so needs to have new parts that last ๐
It's not an old school Goose, it's a 2009 knight bike co retro goose ๐
Well i like it- reminds me of my old Diamond Back Viper. All that chrome loveliness.
Things have moved on since then and just restoring it back to 1980's would just remind you of how crap old bikes were. Of course they were the dog's danglies back then when we didnt know any better ๐

Ahhh it makes sense now ๐ณ
Decals look gawdy against the candy red thats all.
New school parts it is then.
Mine is an 80s Meteor Lite.
i like it.
That is beautiful. I love the prismatic decals and they are spot on for Mongoose.
I had an 80's Supergoose frame and it went in the skip ๐ฟ ๐ฅ
Very very nice Pickle. Retro brought bang up to date, and rideable 8)
I need another 20"er in my life ๐ It's been too long . . . ambles back over to radbmx.co.uk
