Fancy a change from black to something brighter to help me stand out on the roads. Happy to pay the pro's to ensure a quality job. No suspension and happy with a single colour. Is it a case of contacting car body shops or are there cycling specific options?

I would be looking bike specific. Carbon needs rubbing down carefully to remove the paint but not damage the carbon. Otherwise the new paint doesn't stick properly.
It's not something most car spray shops would have much experience of.
The guy on YouTube is worth watching

I’d recommend JMJ designs, he’s done a couple for me, plus a helmet, and they look ace.
