Mornin guys
Anyone work with adults with learning difficulties / mental health issues?
I have an interview this morning at a respite centre, anything i could or should mention?
I have experience of residential homes for kids but not adults.
Any pointers on legislation, standards etc??

Recovery model for mh, mental capacity act and deprivation of liberty, cpa, being person centred and that sort of stuff, so the personalisation agenda, risk assessment and mdt working, cqc, safeguarding adults proceedures and whistle blowing. I don't 'do' much ld work but a lot of the stuff I mentioned covers all adult user groups. Bit late for prep, but Good luck.
