Anyone got any tips for resolving the constant, annoying, incessant sniffles i get when riding? i know theres the old rockets you can perform but that only alleviates the problem very temporarily and isnt particularly good looking.
Any tips/tricks to reduce them?

You could try an antihistamine or a pseudophed tablet if it's sniffles caused by allergy, failing that gloves with bigger snot wipes!
nope not allergies. just annoying having to do a rocket and then sniffing away afterwards.
gloves with big snot wipes help.
I keep a 'proper' hankie to hand as they still work when wet and muddy.
Tried Vicks on the jersey?
There's a steroid spray you can get from sympathetic exersizing GPs. Or you could just carry a tissue
Tissues are a nuisance. Thought it might be something others suffer with? I have one of those Vicks nasal thingies?

Fire them out like torpedoes
i place one finger of one nostril and blow very hard... what comes out is very much bio-degradable... i then repeat the process on t'other side.
i look simply charming when doing it too 😳
