Hi all.
I'm replacing my fox rp23 shock for the fox ctd rear shock on my 2012 commencal meta am.
Could anyone tell me which size shock I would need, I think it's 200mm x 56mm?
Also I have no idea which rebound and velocity tune is correct???
Is it pretty simple just to swap the shocks over myself or better to be done professionally?

I can give you the ctd shock details off my 2013 am, which I believe save the colour is identical. Alternatively, contact commencal direct - they are pretty helpful.
