So I’ve managed to wreck the swing arm on my brand new XT mech
Is it possible to order a replacement swingarm? Rather than buying a brand new mech?

If you put the component part number (eg RD-M8000) into Shimano Tech
And click on the exploded view you will see all the parts that are available as spares and the part numbers.

Some after market stuff out too there, eg Fibrelite cages. Doable. but he springs make it a pain.
Or check fleabay/classifieds for mechs with a different problem and combine the two
