My Cube GTC has an FSA headset that has a large conical top part that stops the stem from getting properly low.
Can anyone recommend a replacement cover?

IIRC they come in different versions with different sized conical spacers. For the price they are, you may as well just buy one in the size you want if you can't find a spare.
