Hey,
Thinking of replacing the Fox Van R shock that came with my Bottlerocket. I'd like something that will allow for more of a pedalling platform and preferably lighter - I'd like to drop a few pounds from the bike with upcoming upgrades (I know this particular upgrade isn't the most efficient place in the respect of weight loss).
Has anybody done similar, ad of so what shock did you go for? I was thinking of a Fox RP23 thoughts?

Alternatively, do any of the suspension tuning companies offer advice services that you'd recommend?
