Whilst changing the saddle on my Scott a bit fell off of the seatpost which means a new one is required. Finding a 34.9 post is proving difficult so a 31.6 post and shim might be on the cards. I would be grateful to hear of any other Scott owners's experience of narrower posts and shims. This does mean I can buy a cooler post so am quite keen for this to work. Any justifying opinions would be appreciated.
