What is a good strong 29er rim, equivalent to a flow ex with around 25mm ID.
It is to go on a genesis fortitude, that I usually run with 2.2 tyre, and may in summer put a 40mm road tyre on and load up for touring. So I don't want to go any wider than 25mm and want it to be strong enough to handle my fat ass and full touring panniers.

I've had no issues with WTB Sti 23 rims and they come in 25mm ID. They've been bombproof and tyres remained inflated tubeless.
