Where do I get some of these inserts for Specialized Body Geometry Shoes online? Can't get to shop during the week.

Can't you just turn them around and use the other 2 holes? ...sure that's what I did when I sheared the thread on one hole on mine.

The holes are already filled can't seem to find these as replacement parts anywhere?

They look exactly the same as the plates that come with Shimano cleats ?

They're called cleat nuts and come as standard with any pair of Shimano cleats. Stick up a WTD ad and you're almost bound to find someone who has some spare.
I have one right in front of me but can't find its partner!
