[Closed] Replacement bearings for FSR XC

I need one of those soon too. Was going to ring Spesh UK about it, but haven't got round to it yet. They are always really helpful. I recommend finding a BOGOF deal - my e-mail in profile 😉

If you are getting your LBS to fit them, then it's probably worth getting them to order the kit in as well. I got the kit & bearings changed for £60 all in.

But has anybody tried getting them direct from a bearing supplier? May remove mine and see if I can find a replacement set. I suspect that these bearing kits see a considerable mark-up...

I don't think bearings are that easy to remove.....I dropped my bike off in the morning......come and pick it up at 3, it'll be done no problems.....go in about 10 past 3.
Oh, sorry we're having some trouble getting your old bearings out - can you come back in an hour.....

Admittedly, the originals had been in there almost 8 yrs!! That's why I didn't fancy it myself!
