I need to change the Bb on my Scott Speedster. This is the current one:

But they don't seem to make it anymore all the shimano ones I can find are either too long or too short. Any help much appreciated.
You can vary the overall length- going longer is usually safer, but a 107mm shimano will [i]probably[/i] be fine, as long as you have decent clearance between the cranks and stays- it's only .5mm a side. Likewise 110mm just moves it all out a mm
(different cranks can sit at different depths on the taper ime so it's not quite so clearcut as that but that's the broad strokes)
