My LBS managed to screw up my Renthal Duo Stem 🙄 ..... bit of a long story, however quick email to Renthal and problem solved ! great service from a great company !!! 😀

I can second that. Managed to round a bolt on my duo stem, dropped renthal an email and they sent me 4 new bolts some stickers and 2 renthal car air fresheners within 48 hours. 1st class service
