I will be in London for work and I would like to get in a ride on saturday, October 16th.
I have ridden swinley forest in the past but would like to find a new place. I need somewhere that is close to a rental (either riding it or by train) because I will not have transport.
Any thoughts? I will be staying down by charing cross and am well versed in getting around on the trains.
The appeal of swinley is that I can hire a bike right at the trailhead, so I can get my bike and get right on the trail. The other option is to rent on Friday night (if they are open past 6) and then I have all morning to ride out a little further on the train).
