A bit of news for anyone familiar with the meccano Bridge and the adjoining former canal system..

Sounds good. Prior to them closing it off when the bridge went in it was known (to me and DerekStarship, of this parish) as [b][i]The Hill of a Thousand Deaths[/b][/i] because of injuries sustained, usually by clipping the fence, whilst trying to bounce down it at “heroic” speeds.
A ride wasn’t complete without shedding a little skin and blood on there.
