I've got a Hope BB with the Truvativ adapter fitted to the non drive side bearing and want to swap it back to Shimano.
Anyone got any tips on how to remove it without damaging he bearing?

Try putting it in the freezer to shrink the adaptors, i'd probably try prying them out from the outside flange as I think they press up flush to each other so tapping them through would be difficult.

Solved it. Was not one bit as difficult as I expected.
I just pushed them out by getting a decent flat blade screwdriver into the join between the two adapters and pushed them gently out. Wasn't difficult at all. 🙂
