Has anyone got experience of thes?. I've discounted the Giro Switchblade as it's apparently more DH biased and I don't like the idea of enclosed ears when the bar is off. Apart from that I'm looking at the Leatt DBX Enduro or Bell Super. I have read reviews that say the Bell is very mushroom like which, with my massive head, may look a bit awkward.
Anyone got any experience of either? Many thanks.

I've got the super 3 but haven't used the chinbar so can't comment on that. However, I actually think it looks a lot sleeker than the giro hex it replaced but that could just be a weird shaped head or me being ignorant. I've got the medium size non MIPS type.

I've got the older Super 2R. Like Kraken said, if it looks like a mushroom it's to do with the shape of your head just as much (I also had a Hex before). I like the fit, it's a little warm but the pads are good and guide sweat back away from the eyes. Adding the chin bar doesn't really change the feel of it very dramatically, I just hope it adds a bit more protection (I bought mine mainly cos it fit well and was available at a price that meant it would have been silly not to buy it).

I think if was in the market the Bell super would def. be worth a look. Had the original super and it was a great helmet
