I've bought a Remedy 9 2008 frame and have established its a top pull front mech but can't get the diameter of the seat tube anywhere off t'internet. The seat post diameter is 31.6 but i've no idea if this has any bearing on the mech....any help?

its in the post, was hoping to pre order mech. If all else fail, i'll measure it when it arrives.

From memory my wifes 2009 one is 34.9
