I signed up to relive a few weeks ago and really like the videos relive create. The thing is I've uploaded a few rides to strava as public recently but relive isn't finding them despite being set to auto create.
Any ideas?
Signed up months ago. Nothing at all. Mate who told me about it is getting them ok though.
If the ride isn't long enough it doesn't create one. Were you Strava-ing your ride to the shops? 😉
Yikes, my first memorable ride was 70 miles followed by 50 mile ones
I find i have to go on the app to start it making it. Prefer the old auto method.
Most rides are 2 to 3 hours. Is there a manual way to make them?
Have you tried going onto the app and pressing the pencil in the square on the ride you have done?
Not had any problems with it - rides go from Bolt or Garmin to Strava which prompts Relive.
Usually got the route uploaded to Strava and Relive waiting to be started by the time I've got the bike in the garage and opened the front door.

In strava? I can edit the ride but it's already set to public by default.
Oh wait is relive not free? I just saw the 'add old activity' button but it wants me to pay for that.

My relive doesn't even do that. It did once on the first day but now just says save your ride to strava to make a new video.
Go on the relive app and go to your account in the bottom right hand corner, see if strava is connected. If not either reconnect the two apps or if it is, disconnect the apps and try reconnecting.
I normally receive an email notifying me of my Relive "video" about an hour or two after each ride. Worked fine every time so far.
I just found a fix, not sure if its permanent or not but i did this:
Disconnected Strava from Relive
Deleted my last activity from Strava,
Reset passwords on both Strava and Relive (phone was set to stay logged in and i can't remember my passwords),
Re connected Strava to Relive,
Re added my activity to Strava and now its making my video.
