Can the F120s (2010) RLC model be reduced to 100mm travel, and if yes how easy is it to do?

yes, very easy. No harder than a strip and oil change (doesn't even need to be that involved if you're careful but never hurts to change the oil) Mojo do reduction spacers in a varity of lengths.

Thanks, so if I reduce the 120 to 100 then with a spacer does the fork crown / axle height also get reduced by 20mm or is this going to be a fixed distance ?

It reduces the axle/crown height too I believe

What would be the point of reducing the travel if it wasn't going to reduce the axle to crown height?

drop the travel by 20mm and the a2c reduces by 20mm

Does it really change the a2c? I was under the impression the addition of the spacers only reduced how much the lowers moved up the stancions??? I know this seems counter intuitive but I could not find any information mentioning new a2c dimensions (similarly you do not "cut" 20mm of the bottom of the stancions... I caveat this comment by stating I'm not an expert

I don't think you understand what I'm getting at - what would be the point of reducing the travel if the only thing it did was make the fork less effective?

absolutely which is why I want to be certain that IF I reduce the travel it will reduce A2C height also (as running a 120 on a frame really meant for 100----BUT the A2C on the Fox is only about 10mm more than my previous 100mm fork)
