What Benderoni is doing looks nuts!

http://dirt.mpora.com/news/rampage-update-kirill-benderoni.html

The 70 foot canyon gap a few of them have been doing is a bit insane too!

Yep, me too. I'm looking forward to seeing what Brendawg can do. And Benderoni's half loop is just nuts. I hope he pulls it off.

Oooo savoury bar snacks. I forgot those in my trip to Sainsburys. May have to stop off at the garage later.

If someone backflips the canyon gap or the oakley sender they've got it in the bag.

I fear you may be right. It shouldn't just be down to one trick; the technicality and originality of the lines should have equal weight.

I agree. Trouble is the person with the biggest cojones, who stays on, usually wins.

My money is on Zink, if he doesn't kill himself.

Semenuk is pretty hard to beat these days, if he doesn't crash.

Looking forward to seeing what crazy lines the Claw will be a shredding. He's won it the last few years for me - sadly the judges seem to favour the big wooden jumps (which i'd ban from the rampage if i was in charge).

Also keen to see how Pilgrim gets on.

technically they do, though i imagine there's some less than equal weighting within those categories going on to some extent.

Just watched his canyon gap crash from last year again, hadn't seen the helmetcam before. 'Ouch' doesn't do it justice.

I set myself a reminder for this a while ago, but must been in a hurry as misspelled the topic. It took seeing this thread to solve the mystery as to who Ed Bull was, and why I was meeting him on Sunday night.

Love to watch it, no idea how on earth you approach a canyon and have the mindset of hell yeah I'm going to jump it.

Claw's out with a disc extrusion. Pilgrim failed to qualify.

If Zink flips the sender and lands it, its his title imo. If he doesn't land it...

That headcam is insane, there is a lot of crazy extreme ridding out there but this truly takes the biscuit!!!

The run into the canyon gap jump is in itself a big deal!!!

Well done to those who push the boundarys for the progression of the sport and so with it the technological advancements that come from it.

Oh yes come on now... I am so impressed with the way they ride the ridge lines up the top never mind any of the bonkers drops and jumps at the bottom, the whole thing is just so impressive - fingers crossed no-one gets hurt. This event worries me a bit....
