Its not working! They are Turnkey so not that comlicated but any ideas as to what might be causing the problem?

Lack of damping oil? (It's a hydraulic lock out)

As daft as it may sound, un-screw the top cap on that side, lift the cartridge / internals bit out so far, then push back in, screw up and see if that helps!
Did it on my Recon's when the lockout stopped working and it was fine after doing it, it's something to do with either oil or air being trapped (mine weren't air so not the air as in the spring just an air lock).

Strong possibility that the oil that enables the lockout to work is now residing in the lower leg due to a leaking damper cartridge.
