I think I know the answer to this, but wanted some confirmation / correction if Im wrong
When I lock out my Recon MoCo Solo Air forks there is still an amount of compression, play, sag what ever you may call it.
Now I know that Im short of oil by about 35ml and Im assuming that the missing oil is the cause. Am I correct?

How much does the fork compress?
35mls of oil will be significant (manual says oil volume must be accurate to +/-3mls iirc)
But motion control lockouts also have about 10mm of 'give' even when locked out: the rockshox blurb says that is intentional and normal.

About 20-25mm
When deflated they compress to within a few mm of full travel so I don't think that oil has escaped from the tops into the bottoms
