My G/F is after some advice on suitable MTB for short females. She's 5'1" with a short reach.
It will be used for basic cross country & trail riding. A hardtail complete bike preferred with 100+ travel.
Also consider cheaper full sus.
Suggestions welcomed

light weight is key
my missus is the same height and she struggled with a heavier bike, got her a comencal normal hardtail in xs, even though the spec wasnt brilliant lightweight tyres and a later upgrade to s/h floats and she was really enjoying things a lot more

Mrs Bruce is 5ft2 and loves 14" Konas (mens versions) she currently has three with a spare frame on top of the wardrobe.
