As above - the sealed cartridge one that came with the bike is sluggish to failing to go up.
I’ll add some air to sort it thinks I. No I won’t, it’s sealed.
Good and cheap suggestions of ones with air valves - I can’t tell which BrandX (for example) do or don’t have top up valves.
One up posts have an air valve, think the V2s are on sale at the mo as well
You should be able to replace the sealed cartridge in your existing post if everything else is ok

Are you sure it’s not just friction from a buildup of gunk in the seal? I had this then cleaned it all out with ipa and a dab of fork grease and happy days - appreciate this could be teaching to suck eggs

What walleater said - OneUp V2 180mm Dropper, shimmed to 170mm if needed.
As iwbmattkyt said it might be friction. I'll also add that your seat collar might be a tad tight. loosen slightly to see if it make a difference. If I have mine out to clean, I have a few attempts in getting that right.
+1 for the OneUp v2. The shim kit comes with the dropper and is really easy to do yourself.
