Just picked up a well used Early Rider Belter 16 for Mini-JSW. Needs new grips, bars, brake levers (v brake), pedals and saddle.
He will be nearly 4 before he gets it (in the summer) but is already 110cm tall.
What do you recommend and where from?

Grips are a pain... mostly its SDG or Spank GROM or 90mm ODI.
(If you want 90mm ODI I have some still in the packet)
If you do SDG its a bit of get the bars as well... and if you're doing that then perhaps just get the box set with saddle.

As said, SDG do some parts. Also Nukeproof just last week announced a range of components too.

The Spank Grom grips are good for little hands but pretty hard to find. ODI Longneck grips are trivially cut down with a sharp knife.

The Madison Trail saddle is great, no complains from our kids.

For slightly older kids I'd recommend Welgo KC001 pedals, nice and small for little feet. They do have metal pins though, so whilst they'll grip well if they did slip you'll have a crying 4yo! The pins are removable so you could just leave a couple in?

That said, Early Rider seem like the sort of company that might sell you parts, have you tried contacting them directly? Many years ago we had their wooden balance bike and it got left outside a bit too long, they sent us a bag of replacement bolts to replace all the rusted metal for free.

The SDG Slater pedals and fly jr saddle are great.
Not sure about the Slater bar/mini grip combo but if kiddo has tiny hands then might be a good about as an all in one box set.
