Really like my 3/4 length Morvelo bibs but are too warm for this weather.
Have some altura ones which are ok for short rides but not great for longer than an hour.
Ideally want some non thermal 3/4 bibs with a nice pad and ideally less than £80, size small to fit skinny legs.
Shorts?
Howies Bib Sh34rts if they still have any in stock.
I prefer my knees covered.. dunno why..

Coincidentally I have a pair of unworn S/M ones that might be ideal for you if you want to try them. They cost me 35 quid or something from Sport Pursuit and I'm clearly too fat to be small/medium... 🙂
Edit: never mind. My issue was more that my butt/things seem too muscly for the inner leg seam to cope.

No probs, will do.
I wouldn't be too sure. I'm 6' with a 32" waist and skinny legs. I went with the bigger size and they are very tight. Comfortable, but very snug.
Save your money and get some leg warmers to go with shorts.
It has to top 25 before my knees come out, leg warmers FTW
Endura MT500 bib 3/4s have been my go to short for almost everything for years now, has to be spectacularly sunny before I break out the short shorts.
In the winter I just combine them with some windproof leg warmers (the Endura FS260 ones go almost all the way up, if you'll excuse the mental image) and I'm good and toasty.

25! Are you working in Fahrenheit?
PS: Does anyone else read the name of the Howies Bibs as "Sharts" or is it just me?
LOL. Truth be told, i don't like the way that baggies rub on my knees.
And also 3/4's make my calves look so good.
Decathlon is, as often the case, the answer. Very good pad, thin material, under £80, available in size small, done.
