It's my birthday today (Hoorah!)and so for once I have a bit of disposable income, and fancy treating myself to a decent pair of glasses, about £50 to £70. I'm thinking about getting a polarized pair, like the Specialized Adaptalite. Any recommendations out there?

I've got some El Toro adaptalites and love them, very nice in the fake wood effect but also available in duller colours.
They work well all year round and seem pretty good for not fogging up.

I don't think Adaptalite's are polorised. Isn't Adaptalite Adidas's transition/photochromic lense?

I got the adaptalite style Speccy glasses froma while back but he arms are a bit weak - prob redesigned them by now - all of the mist up when you get real hot IMBO!

I have found that Bloc glasses are really good but they are generally a fair bit cheaper than your £50-£70 budget.

GF bought me some this year - £35 smoked & polarised lenses. Only mist -up when stopped at the top of a Spanish hill in 35 deg. heat.

Oh & happy birthday.
