i lost my Oakley HalfJackets and they need replacing to save my eyes getting a mud bath every ride, so:

non prescription

interchangable lens a good idea as will see a lot of mud and prone to scratching

i love yellow lens in the winter (mebbe persimmon)

open to cheap / expensive options

will consider lens that change tint in various light conditions

Ok these don't have interchangeable lenses but at £13.99 a pair you don't need to worry about that.

Anti Fog seems to work well too.

I don't suppose you have a decathalon near you? I've just got a pair of theirs for €20 and they're superb. 4 lenses, clear, blue, brown, yellow and unlike the other interchangeable lens glasses I have they're really easy to change about. They fog if you've had the man flu and are sweating up your first climb in 2 weeks but about 2 seconds into the descent they were clear again. Really recommended. I'll no doubt wreck them or lose them like all my glasses but at €20 I'll not be crying.

I recommend the ones I lost on the Exmoor Explorer! Specialized Singletrack Adaptalite's.

Never noticed the change, despite the weather changing from dark/overcast to bright sunshine. You can't scratch the lens, as I found out from putting the glasses in my pouch with my multitool. The frame had a massive gouge but the lenses didn't have a scratch. Nice colour to them, found them pretty good on-road too. Didn't steam up too quickly when taking a breather at the top of a hill compared to friends glasses.

Oakley Jawbones? I like mine a lot, came with yellow and dark lenses and I've also bought a photochromatic set. Even with vented lenses hey fog up a bit when you stop riding but clear quickly when you are moving.

Adaptalites are great. I put on my orange-tinted spectacles and everything seems better.

BBB range is good budget stuff. Have a look at BSG23s - come with 3 lenses for around £30 or as reactalites/photochromic for around £70.

These are prescription Oakley Jawbones. Expensive and contribute nicely to my "all the gear no idea" image.

Really nice and comfortable fit. As they're prescription I couldn't get them vented but any misting-up issues are taken care of with a smidge of Fairy Liquid.

I'm a big fan of Specialized Divide Adaptalite - I bought them to replace my old Pro Racing Jackets. The tint is excellent and the change is imperceptible, but just seems to be the right brightness at the right time. They fog less than the Racing Jackets (although they still do on wet/ cold days - might have to try fairy liquid), and stick to the face just as well. Plus they fit under a helmet better than my racing jackets did.

I'm still smitten with my M-Frames (Both Pro and hinged versions)
HAve heard a lot of good stuff on the Jawbones, though.

Ruddy Project ride-ons for me. Yes bit pricey but comfy not as prone as chicanes for misting. They change tint for different light conditions.
But as a less expensive option endura are doing react to light glasses for about 40 quid. I think they're called stingray and pirannha. Look nice too but haven't tried them on.

Another vote for Spesh Adaptalites. I used to go for interchangeable lenses but since i've had a pair of Adatptalites the only time i swap to clear lensed glasses is on night rides. They are brilliant. The frames don't obstruct your vision and the shape brings the lenses away from your face and allows ventiliation to stop your sweat smearing them.
Very much recommended.
Paul.
