Hi guys I'm building up a 650b hardtail and am looking for some advice on the wheels. I'm not heavy on kit, 90kg loaded up, and ride mainly local forest trails. Thanks

What's the rough budget?. No point recommending you some lovely Hope/DT Swiss jobbies if the money won't stretch.
