Anyone have any recommendations for a pair of knee pads with built in shin guards that are bearable to pedal around in, or at least easy removable?
I'm just getting back on the bike after breaking my tibia and want a hardshell guard that gives a little support and protection to the area. Most knee pads don't come with shin guards these days and those that do have few reviews.
I did think about using a separate shin guard but the break is fairly high up and I doubt you'd get the coverage in the area I want it.

Race face flank, very well protected on the knees and they cover most of the shins. I even use them on the DH bike but on a trail pedal I hardly notice that I’m wearing them
