Allan and Denise will look after you great couple nothing is too much trouble 28 quid a night , great breakfast - Cooked / Coco Pops whatever .. & well located .. you wong go far wrong !

another vote for queens, stayed at afan lodge last time I was up there, nice as well, about twice the price but prefered it as there was a bar/sitting area whereas Queens doesn't have that.
If you stay at the lodge and belt down their little track at the back to the disused railway be careful of the step onto the little bridge. On a n anthem with the seat at xc height I almost face planted....
