I need a fairly light 70mm stem preferably in wet/shiny black. If it can avoid having reds and yellows and blues all over it i'd be even happier!
Thanks
nukeproof or thompson[spell?] or hope
Trying to find a 70mm Thomson in stock is like trying to find a golden egg really.
CRC have 70mm Nuke proof stems in stock (or at least did a few days ago...)
Hm nukeproof is matte, heavier than I'd like and has that horrible yellow colour on the side, yes I know sad but I prefer the simplicity of the shiny black/white letters of Thomson. Was looking for something similar.
I rather like that.
That's not half bad actually. Thanks!
Truvativ?
Can't find 70mm Truvativ stem really... am i missing something?
KCNC X-Wing?
Merlin have the hope in black 70mm in stock 0Deg and 25Deg:

I love the black Syncros actually! If I find its 70mm anywhere it is all mine 🙂 Thanks!

Thanks! emailed them and they will be having the 2010 syncros soon! 🙂
18bikes sorted me out with Syncros before. I have and AM stem, which for the short time I've had it for seems to be great.
if you're still looking this chap has them on ebay...
Truvativ AKA maybe? Light-ish (160g for my 70mm, almost exactly the same as a Hope) and strong, oh and cheap! I don't think the Team goes down below 75mm but if that's OK then that'd be another option- it's a bit more XC but a lovely bit of kit.
Kind of at a loss why anyone would spend £60 on a stem myself but hey, if that's what you like...

Remind us how much was spent on the SV 😆
That was different, mystery internet stalker, that was addiction 😉
(it owes me probably around 5 grand all in, not too bad considering the cost of a new one...)
