As above really, went a few times at MSJ Sports Centre, but was a bit hit or miss depending on which instructor you got.

So calling anyone who's been Spinning in Malvern regularly to recommend me an alternative or should I stick at MSJ?

Cheers.

This a mountain biking forum, you live in Malvern and are asking about sitting in a sweaty room pedalling on the spot?

Shame on you!
Get out and cycle.
Some of us have to put up with places like East Anglia FFS.

what ^ sbob said.

bad jimster!

Put your bike in 1st gear and ride the tarmac path from the wyche to the top of the beacon 10 times if you must ๐Ÿ™‚

For added authenticity put some mediocre house music on your iPod

The views pleasant in the evening though. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Can I borrow your Pompino with funny handlebars Stoner? Get some funny looks off the Purple-rinse brigade then. ๐Ÿ˜€ And some of the mountain bikers who refer to Single-Speeds as clown-bikes.

Its exactly what Mrs Stoner does for her Tri training - takes her pompino on 63" gearing from the bottom of the hills to the top of the beacon. No dabbing!

Isn't that what Strava is all about?
