I just pulled the threaded insert out of a carbon crank for the fourth time this week.
I've also broken at least three pedal spindles.
I've never broken a KMC Z510.
Probably the best value for money bit of cycling kit you can buy.

Why the 3/32" out of interest?

does the size 1/8 or 3/32 depend on what chain ring & rear gear you have ?

Yes. One's noticeably chunkier than t'other and requires thicker teeth on your drivetrain. BMX style, IIRC.

I've got that KMC Z510 on my pomp, from CTBM. Solid.
