I've currently got these 2 topping my list.
Shimano XT RT75 @ £22 from CRC
Superstar Floating Rotor 180mm @ £26 from Superstar

Never really had a problem with RT 75 rotors on my bike but have RT76 on my second bike and they are the same weight but a little stiffer.
Might be worth considering.

RT76 are priced in between at Merlin, they're the ones I'd go for.
