Tried quite a few and find once they've been in the rain and off-road for a bit they tend to stop working

red eye is very good if you are running an exposure front light.

Don't know if this is excessive for your needs but I've got one and its bright as hell and bombproof. Shows up well in daylight too. Imported without extras on top which was a surprise.
