I am a keen cyclist but I would like to compete or race.
I am into most types of cycling - road, cyclo cross, MTB, etc.
I am reasonably fit but I am 44 and my bike skills are average. I have four bikes; all single speed and fully rigid.
What race/event do you think I should attempt as my first?
I live in Kent (south east)
round 3 & 6 of the southernxc are in east sussex, bit far for me but might be good for you, depends on how far you want to travel i guess

dont worry about gears, people do it on unicycles ffs.
