I have a muslim friend who is just starting out in mountain biking.
I suggested some of the usual suspects: STW, BM, BikeRadar web sites and forums.
Am I missing something more muslim-orientated?
What does he ride? A Cannondale Prophet?
Is there one on the black isle? Based in the town that must not be mentioned?

Does he go to CYB? I've heard that's a Mecca for mtb'rs.

religious types must be the ideal demographic for the bike industry to target - they are already well trained to believe miraculous performance claims with little evidence, and R&D costs will be reduced as you don't have to do anything new for at least 2000 years.
New labour? The Met? they seem fond of allah, some of em must ride bikes.
